The Single Use License is non-transferable, meaning it cannot be shared or utilized by anyone other than the original purchaser.

5.3. Single Client Use License:

The Single Client Use License is akin to the Single Use License, with the added provision that it is specifically designated for a single client or entity. This license permits the purchaser, typically a web developer or designer, to utilize the template for one client's project exclusively. However, the license restricts the client from utilizing the template for additional projects or purposes. 5.5.  Delivery Time of retail goods if and when we have the items of your order in stock will be dispatched quickly. In the U.S.A we use Fedex, UPS, or USPS. We use the same shipping services as well for exports or international delivery service unless instructed otherwise. We send you an email when your order has been dispatched.

U.S.A customers - Orders should be with you within 1 - 3 working days after dispatch.

European customers - Orders should be with you within 4 - 7 working days after dispatch.

Content Responsibility: You are responsible for providing all text, images, and other content for the website unless you the User does not have the content and therefor we at Staple Templates will manage Website content Creation & Setup. (P.S: don't worry, you still have full control of what people see)

Ecommerce Website Design

​

Scope of Work: Includes setting up an ecommerce platform and designing the online store.

​

Product Responsibility: You must provide your own products for listing. This plan does not include product creation.

​

Logo Design

​

Scope of Work: Includes designing a logo based on provided requirements.

​

Content Responsibility: You must provide any specific text or elements to be included in the logo.

​

SEO (Search Engine Optimization)

​

Scope of Work: Includes on-page and off-page SEO services as listed in the plan.

​

Performance Guarantee: We do not guarantee specific rankings, but we assure the use of best practices.

Print-on-Demand Product Management

​

Scope of Work: Includes managing the print-on-demand process and creating product designs.

​

Design Responsibility: We will create product designs based on your specifications and feedback.

Additional Terms

​

Communication: All communications must be made in writing via email or any other agreed upon method of communication.

Delivery Timeframes: Estimated delivery times will be provided upon project initiation. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

Confidentiality: All client information and project details will be kept confidential at all times, no exception. However While we take user protection seriously, we cannot guarantee absolute protection due to potential threats from hackers or other outside predators as we all normally face in the Real World.
